Children
We welcome children and offer the same quality service that is provided for adults. In an effort to respect the serenity of all our guests, we kindly request that you make other arrangements for children who are not getting services done. Children under 12 years are not permitted in our spa area.

Please inform us if you would like us to accommodate any special request you may have. We will make every effort to ensure an unforgettable experience for you.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any service or gift certificates. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. An ATM is provided for your convenience.
Spa
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. A leisurely check-in allows us to gather information needed to deliver the best possible service. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do everything we can to accommodate your full treatment time. However, a time adjustment may be necessitated to honor the scheduled appointment times of our other guests. Unfortunately, to respect our therapists' time, we cannot offer price adjustments for late arrivals.
Upon arrival, we will provide you with a locker, robe and slippers. Please feel free to use our shower facilities after your service.
Cell phones - To respect other guests, please turn cell phones off before entering spa.
Valuables - We kindly ask that you leave any valuables in your car or at home. Citrus salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Gift certificates
Allow us to help you give a gift that will leave a lasting impression. Citrus Salon and Day Spa gift certificates make unforgettable gifts for any occasion. Gift cards must be presented in order to redeem. Gift cards are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash, credit or gratuities.
Cancellations/ no shows
At Citrus, we understand that unfortunate events may cause you to cancel an appointment. We kindly request 24 hour notice for any cancellation. Large multiple service appointments may result in a 50% charge or gift card redemption for last minute cancellations or no shows.
